Yoga

  • Find a spacious and open area where you have enough room to stretch without hitting anything.

  • Grab a mat of your choice, preferably a yoga mat, and lay it down on the floor.

  • Before starting make sure to change into comfortable athletic apparel.

  • An additional step is to play some soothing/calming music on your phone or speaker while doing yoga.

  • After everything is set up, please follow these images and stretch your body or follow any YouTube yoga routine.
